This writer has concluded that the more than numerous victims on the internet are false accounts. Search Google using terms such as Electronic Harassment, Mind Control Victims, and Gang Stalking, for reference. Forums and information on such websites have sometimes been specifically aimed at this writer, has led to false confirmation of many things, including the source of the actions, and the technologies.
The internet can be used to create a reality that does not exist, such as a community of 1000s of victims. That cannot be the case, for what this writer experiences has been carefully planned over decades, included periodic intrusions to work and study environments since young adulthood, and has been crucially planned around the passing of both mother and father, as well as the cooperation from siblings.
Surveillance and manned operational technologies takes a large staff around the clock, somewhere. Affects to mental and physical states are present every minute, as the writer wakes and goes sleeps to this. Added are uses of people, who get paid in the local area to invade spaces daily, sometimes by more than 20 people. Entering apartment on cue for petty to grand theft, disturbing living space in general is a nightmare daily.
Monitoring everything from the coins or papers put into pock to intellectual property theft, right from the brain, determined destinations, to putting some very questionable people in presents to commit a vast array of petty annoyances to actual crimes. This requires a seamless link from the human brain to computers and neuro-technologies continuously. That is the military. “Part of the effort is to remind the victim that they are constantly under control or surveillance. Programmes vary, but common forms of reminders are electronic prods and nudges, body noises, twinges and cramps to all parts of the body, increasing heart beats, applying pressures to internal organs – all with a personally codified system of comments on thoughts and events, designed to create stress, panic and desperation.” (4. Smith) Radio Frequency used for surveillance and through the wall applications, thus creating a tomography for viewing in apartments, basements, underground facilities, is an application used by the military, and to this writer’s assessment, uses satellite, as well as HAARP (2. Begich) for delivery. This writer’s neighbors, it can be assumed and based on daily experience over more than a year in current home, have transmission of such surveillance given to them. It is unknown whether cell phone, TV, or some handheld device is used to transmit such surveillance images to them. This is how they conduct extended severe noise torture (harassment). EEG readings or brain state monitoring also tell neighbors that writer is sleeping, or just slipped into sleep. This can be done by rely to them from central source of the monitoring and surveillance of brain activity ( ref.: http://banjulcafe.wordpress.com/the-history-of-this/). One technique is to put this writer to sleep, with devices or the electrically generated RF/EMF delivered command, then wake him with violent slams, or endless creaking, seconds after sleep. This has been a signature trait in over 10 years of sleep disturbances, leaving questions at the time as to whether or not snoring alerted neighbors, and in one case, an apartment mate, to time of sleep. That device may be handled by neighbors.

This technology has provided pinpoint accuracy to affect this writer’s nervous system and deliver direct affects to my senses on subways as well as on domestic and international flights. It has been used for surveillance to implement disruptions to living and environment in many locations in recent years, and may have been used to one extent or another during much of this writer’s life.
The US military’s radar system is extensive. Communication systems based on satellite and over the horizon radar (uses of ionosphere to reflect and relay signals) can be intelligently assumed to having such capabilities by referring to Representative and Democrat from Ohio Dennis Kucinich’s bill HR 2977 and the wording that confirms use development, and research into space based weapons to effect humans (1.). Also, the findings of Dr. Nick Begich (2.), as well as other noted and respected sources linked throughout this blog (3; 4; 5.) gives testimony to existence of such technologies, and capabilities. It was more than 50 years ago that work into using radio frequency and energies to remotely affect an living organism. Declassified documents from the CIA indicate as fact that the National Institute of Health was the site distributing money to Maitland Baldwin, for MK Ultra subproject 62, in 1956, for researching radio frequency stimulation of the brains of primates. Neuroscience, and biological systems use pulsed electric charges to communicate, and it is with this fundamental understanding that electro-medicine, and using frequency to affect both brain and body, fields such as neurophysiology and physics merge resulting in medical treatments. The military, through neuroscience and physics has weapon systems developed from this field, and today Non-lethal Weapons, as stated by Colin A. Ross, and others, is a broad category that includes non-conventional weapons that aim to incapacitate rather than kill.
